    • Control of site activities

    • Removal / replacement of contractor if required
  • PROPOSED STRUCTURE
  • EPDPL : ONLINE FUNCTIONS
    • 3 person team at site (for geology, planning and quality)
    • Fortnightly visits (of one week stay) at site by appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SME) or more for review and execution support /directives
  • EPDPL : OFF-SITE FUNCTIONS
    • Procurement, Inspections and Expediting During Execution
    • Monitoring and Co-ordination of Drawing Release Schedule
    • Contract Management and Cost Control
    • Over-all Co-ordination and Progress Undertaking (stage-wise) under defined responsibility mechanism
    • Design Review (Critical Drawings)
    • H-M, E-M Equipment Inspections & Commissioning Assistance
  • DEVELOPER ROLE
    • Local Stakeholder Management, Permits, Clearances and Land Acquisition
    • Initial Procurement Activities for all major packages (Civil, H-M, E-M, TL) upto contract signing
    • All Contractors work under direct control of developer team, including Detailed Engineering Consultant
